Delivery and shipping

All instruments purchased are distributed from official Danemann Piano dealerships Internationally. Most dealerships include complimentary delivery to a ground floor location, please check with your local Danemann Piano dealership. If you have steps outside the property, stairs, or difficult access, a quotation can then be provided.

Returns

Here at Danemann Pianos every instrument is checked by our fully qualified piano technicians before leaving for its intended dealership. This ensures that all customers are 100% satisfied. In the unlikely event that an instrument is faulty or not suiting the acoustics of the room then please contact the dealership you have purchase the instrument from, they will assess the situation in a neutral and calm manner and reach an agreement to suit the purchasers and the seller. Danemann Piano authorised dealerships do not accept any returns for unfaulty goods after the statutory period. We use the discretion of our professional piano technicians to determine if an instrument is faulty. If a change of mind occurs we do our best to find an alternative instrument.

Payment, contract of sale, pricing & promotions

Contact of sale starts when the customers goods have been delivered and installed. Danemann Piano and its authorised dealerships reserves the right to change pricing displayed on this website or any marketing material containing prices at any point. Danemann Piano and authorised dealerships reserve the right to cancel any current promotional material at any time. Danemann Piano and authorised dealerships reserve the right to cancel any orders prior to delivery and issue full refund at their discretion, this included selling platforms such as gumtree, eBay etc. All prices quoted instore and online are inclusive of VAT at the standard British tax rate unless otherwise stated.
